ECHO is a free game operated by Jubril Andu, London, United Kingdom. By playing you agree to these terms.
ECHO is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. We may change, suspend or stop the game or any part of it at any time. Daily courses change each day and leaderboards may be reset when the game is updated.
Usernames are public. They must not be offensive, misleading, impersonate someone else, or include personal information. We may change or remove usernames and accounts that break this rule, and we may remove results obtained by cheating, automation, tampering with the game or exploiting bugs. Our server verifies every ranked run; results that fail verification are discarded.
In the app-store versions you may buy optional cosmetic packs (backgrounds, soundtracks, ball skins) or remove the optional advertisement. Purchases are made through Apple or Google under their terms and are tied to your store account; use "Restore purchases" on a new device. Cosmetics change how the game looks and sounds only; they never change the course, the rules, scores or rankings. The web version is free and offers no purchases. Nothing you buy is affected by what you buy on another platform.
A transfer code lets another device sign in as your player. Treat a code like a password while it is live: anyone who enters it becomes you in the game. Codes work once and expire after 10 minutes. Linking a device that already had its own player leaves that player behind; it is not merged.
Your runs and username are yours. By playing a ranked run you allow us to store it, show it on leaderboards and let other players watch and race it, as described in the privacy policy.
The game, its design, code, sounds and artwork belong to Jubril Andu. You may not copy, sell or redistribute them.
The game is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss of results, accounts or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
ECHO is suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian is happy for you to play.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
